Cancellation Policy
① You may cancel your order for a full refund before the CAD design is approved.
② If cancellation occurs after CAD approval, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
③ Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Design Revision After CAD Approval
Once the CAD design/drawing has been approved by the customer, any subsequent changes requested by the customer will be subject to an additional charge of 15% of the order value.
This fee may apply because post-approval modifications can result in:

Materials that have already been purchased becoming unusable or wasted.

Production processes needing to be restarted or significantly revised.

Changes to sculpture dimensions, design details, or structural requirements that may affect the final quotation.

Additional design, engineering, and labor costs associated with revising approved plans.
The exact adjustment amount, if any, will be confirmed and communicated to the customer before the modification work proceeds.
Return Policy
① Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
② Due to their personalized nature, custom-made and special-order sculptures cannot be returned.
③ To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
④ Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, the return shipping address will be provided via email after your application has been submitted and confirmed.
⑤ Please note that minor variations in material, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of sculptures are not considered defects.
⑥ If a return is approved, a refund or credit will be issued for the item value, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging via email. We will cover return shipping costs and assist with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
Quality-Related Issues
① If a product has a quality-related defect, customers may choose to receive either a full refund or a free replacement.
② If you notice any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us at info@victorysculptures.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include 3–5 clear photos of the item and its packaging so our team can assist you promptly with the exchange or resolution process.
③ To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
④ The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe handling and processing.
Return Shipping Fees
① If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
② If the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping fees.
Refund Process
① Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund’s approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank processing times may vary.
② If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us.
