Victory Sculptures is dedicated to delivering your handcrafted sculptures safely and promptly. Please review the following shipping policy for details regarding costs, timeframes, and procedures.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas).

Expedited Shipping

• Available only for small sculptures and rush orders.

• Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee. For a custom quote, please contact us at info@victorysculptures.com. We will respond within one business day based on the product dimensions and destination.

Production & Delivery Timeline

All products are handmade to order. Production begins after design approval. Estimated timelines are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: Production takes 40–45 business days, plus 25–35 business days for shipping. Total estimated time: 65–80 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Production takes 20–25 business days, plus about 25 business days for shipping. Total estimated time: 45–50 business days.
  Please note that these timelines are approximate due to the custom nature of our products.

Packaging & Shipping Methods

• Each sculpture is securely packaged in full wood crates with industrial-strength stretch wrap and EPE foam to prevent damage during transit.

• We primarily use ocean and truck freight, with final delivery handled by a freight carrier.

Delivery & Receiving

• If you require delivery by a specific date, please notify us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

• A traceable tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates.

• Delivery is curbside only. Please ensure 3–4 able-bodied persons are available to unload the shipment.

• Inspect the package upon delivery. Report any damage within 3 business days of receipt. Unreported damage after this period will be considered accepted in good condition.

Additional Charges & Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for any storage or re–delivery fees if they are unavailable to receive the shipment as scheduled.

• If delivery is hindered by narrow streets, steep hills, or other access issues, customers may need to pick up the item from the carrier’s terminal.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions, port congestion, transportation delays, or material shortages. Affected delivery schedules will be communicated promptly.
