Absolutely. Every sculpture we create is built to an artist's standard, using only high-quality materials and advanced techniques. At VICTORY, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every piece.
To ensure every piece meets your expectations, we follow a thorough and transparent process. Before production begins, we will share the final design drawings with you to confirm all details. If a mold is needed, we will send clear photos of the sample for your approval before moving forward. Once the sculpture is completed, we will provide images of the finished work for your final confirmation. We only arrange shipment after you have approved the product, guaranteeing that it aligns perfectly with your vision.
Shipping & Delivery
All products are handmade to order. Production begins after design approval. Estimated timelines are as follows:
1. Standard Shipping: Production takes 40–45 business days, plus 25–35 business days for shipping. Total estimated time: 65–80 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping: Production takes 20–25 business days, plus 25 business days for shipping. Total estimated time: 45–50 business days.
Please note that these timelines are approximate due to the custom nature of our products.
Yes, we provide expedited shipping for small sculptures(expedited shipping is not recommended for large sculptures) on rush orders, as well as for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, other international destinations, and remote areas. An additional shipping fee will apply based on the size of the sculpture and the delivery location. If you are interested in this service, please contact us—we’ll be happy to provide a personalized quote within one business day.
Once your order ships, we will promptly send you a confirmation email with the necessary tracking information. This allows you to follow your shipment in real time until it arrives at your doorstep. Please note that tracking details may take a short time to activate in the carrier’s system after pickup.
At Victory Sculptures, every order is protected by shipping insurance. If your item arrives damaged or is eligible under our return policy, we will gladly offer a full refund or arrange a replacement—whichever you prefer. Yes, we gladly offer a deposit option for your convenience. You may secure your order with a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Yes, you may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Cancellations requested before the CAD design is confirmed will receive a full refund.
Cancellations requested after the CAD design is confirmed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or the product has been shipped. For further details, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Once our customer service team processes your refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase. PayPal refunds are typically completed within 48 hours. Credit card and bank transfer refunds will be issued to your associated account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
