2. Cleaning Procedure

① Washing:

⑴ Use warm water and a neutral cleaner (e.g., Turtle Wax)

⑵ Gently scrub stubborn stains with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush/toothbrush

⑶ Rinse thoroughly to avoid residue

② Stain Removal:

⑴ Promptly remove bird droppings, tree sap, etc., with warm water

⑵ Use a soft plastic scraper for persistent residues

③ Drying:

⑴ Allow to air dry for several hours (especially in warm conditions)

⑵ Ensure complete evaporation of moisture from the metal’s pores

3. Waxing Process

① Preparation:

⑴ Surface must be clean and dry

⑵ For indoor sculptures, lightly wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth first

② Wax Application:

⑴ Use a commercial spirit-free wax (e.g., Kiwi Dark Tan shoe polish for darker patinas)

⑵ Apply a thin, even layer in circular motions with a soft-bristle brush

⑶ Avoid thick coats to prevent whitening or brush marks

③ Polishing:

⑴ Allow wax to dry for ≈20 minutes

⑵ Buff gently with a soft, clean cloth until gloss appears

⑶ Avoid excessive rubbing to protect the patina

4. Prohibited Practices

① Do not use harsh chemicals (cleaners, tarnish removers, etc.)

② Do not use abrasive materials (steel wool, sandpaper, hard scrapers)

③ Avoid exposure to fertilizers, chlorine, pesticides, ammonia, and other corrosive substances

④ Never place in chlorinated water (e.g., swimming pools, chlorinated fountains)

5. Special Environmental Notes

① Coastal Areas: Salt accelerates patina evolution, potentially resulting in reddish/green tones—a natural process

② Natural Aging: Frequent touching, contact with plants, or bird activity may accelerate patina evolution, contributing to the character of bronze art

③ Fountain Settings: Water splash may cause color variations; increase maintenance frequency accordingly

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions. Specific warranty periods are as follows:

Marble Fountains (Marble Parts): 3 years

2. Warranty Conditions

①The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only when the product is used in accordance with provided instructions and under suitable conditions.

②Coverage includes defects resulting from raw materials or the manufacturing process.

3. What Is Not Covered

①This warranty does not cover:

③Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, lightning)

4. How to Make a Claim

This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for any product defects. Victory Sculptures shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas).

Production & Delivery Timeline

All products are handmade to order. Production begins after design approval. Estimated timelines are as follows:

1. Standard Shipping: Production takes 40–45 business days, plus 25–35 business days for shipping. Total estimated time: 65–80 business days.

2. Expedited Shipping: Production takes 20–25 business days, plus 25 business days for shipping. Total estimated time: 45–50 business days.

Cancellation Policy

① You may cancel your order for a full refund before the CAD design is approved.

② If cancellation occurs after CAD approval, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

③ Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

① Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

② Due to their personalized nature, custom-made and special-order sculptures cannot be returned.

③ To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

④ Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, the return shipping address will be provided via email after your application has been submitted and confirmed.

⑤ Please note that minor variations in material, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of sculptures are not considered defects.

⑥ If a return is approved, a refund or credit will be issued for the item value, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging via email. We will cover return shipping costs and assist with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Quality-Related Issues

① If a product has a quality-related defect, customers may choose to receive either a full refund or a free replacement.

② If you notice any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us at info@victorysculptures.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include 3–5 clear photos of the item and its packaging so our team can assist you promptly with the exchange or resolution process.

③ To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

④ The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe handling and processing.

Return Shipping Fees

① If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

② If the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping fees.

Refund Process

① Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund’s approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank processing times may vary.
