3. Raw Stone Preparation & Cutting

Using precision cutting tools, the marble block is trimmed to the sculpture’s approximate dimensions. This step ensures the stone is structurally stable and ready for detailed carving.

4. Outline Sketching on Marble Surface

Artists draw professional guides onto the stone, outlining the primary features and proportions. This helps preserve the original design accuracy throughout the carving process.

5. Rough Carving

Experienced sculptors work with traditional hammers, chisels, and mechanical tools to hand-carve the initial shape. Major structure, pose, and volume are established.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions. Specific warranty periods are as follows:

Marble Statues: 3 years

Marble Fountains (Marble Parts): 3 years

2. Warranty Conditions

①The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only when the product is used in accordance with provided instructions and under suitable conditions.

②Coverage includes defects resulting from raw materials or the manufacturing process.

3. What Is Not Covered

①This warranty does not cover:

②1Cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, or natural aging

③Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, lightning)

④Damage due to accidents, improper installation, misuse, or neglect

4. How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

②Provide proof of purchase and clear photos or videos illustrating the defect.

③Once your claim is validated, we will offer a repair or replacement based on the issue. Any replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

5. Limitations

This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for any product defects. Victory Sculptures shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Shipping & Delivery

Return and Refunds

At VICTORY SCULPTURES, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should your order not meet your expectations, we aim to make the return and refund process straightforward and transparent. Please review the following policy details carefully.

Cancellation Policy

① You may cancel your order for a full refund before the CAD design is approved.

② If cancellation occurs after CAD approval, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

③ Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Design Revision After CAD Approval

Once the CAD design/drawing has been approved by the customer, any subsequent changes requested by the customer will be subject to an additional charge of 15% of the order value.

This fee may apply because post-approval modifications can result in:

Materials that have already been purchased becoming unusable or wasted.
Production processes needing to be restarted or significantly revised.
Changes to sculpture dimensions, design details, or structural requirements that may affect the final quotation.
Additional design, engineering, and labor costs associated with revising approved plans.

The exact adjustment amount, if any, will be confirmed and communicated to the customer before the modification work proceeds.

Return Policy

① Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

② Due to their personalized nature, custom-made and special-order sculptures cannot be returned.

③ To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

④ Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, the return shipping address will be provided via email after your application has been submitted and confirmed.

⑤ Please note that minor variations in material, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of sculptures are not considered defects.

⑥ If a return is approved, a refund or credit will be issued for the item value, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging via email. We will cover return shipping costs and assist with a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Quality-Related Issues

① If a product has a quality-related defect, customers may choose to receive either a full refund or a free replacement.

② If you notice any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us at info@victorysculptures.com within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include 3–5 clear photos of the item and its packaging so our team can assist you promptly with the exchange or resolution process.

③ To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

④ The item must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe handling and processing.

Return Shipping Fees

① If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

② If the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping fees.

Refund Process

① Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund’s approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that bank processing times may vary.
